Our Premises

A full administrative and operational office with all the requisite requirements is situated at Suite 302, 3rd Floor, Protea Place 4-2nd Street, Orange Grove, Johannesburg,. We store sets of uniforms and other operational requirements in our main office. Regional offices will be opened anywhere in the Republic of South Africa as demand requires.

Control Room

Our control room is manned 24 hours by competent controllers accredited to PSIRA. This control room is a strategic part of managing our business. All sites report every hour on the state of their sites and entries are made in the Occurrence Book, it is also our command centre for the entire business activity. Security officers are continuously trained in the manner of response and control room management.

Vehicles

Black Mask Security Services has a fleet of vehicles for the efficient execution of any assignments and daily operations. Most of our cars are branded, these are for patrol duties and posting, some are unmarked for private investigations. Most of our vehicles have mobile communication control systems, (equipped with two way communication radios) for effective operational management.

Contingency Plans

We are committed to the provision of documented contingency plans to cover the following scenarios: •A strike by the security personnel or industry in general •The provision of extra security officers for increased security in the event of labour unrest / strike or emergency situations at clients’ premises. •The provision of extra security officers to assist in the event of ad hoc security related operations, e.g. ad hoc searching of all vehicles entering or leaving premises or the searching of buildings, at whatever stage this may be of requirement.
